"I had a telephone conversation with Ilham Aliyev to ensure the complete ceasefire and the dignified attitude of Azerbaijan towards the Armenians of Karabakh.
Their rights and safety must be reliably guaranteed, immediate humanitarian assistance should be available," EU Council President Charles Michel wrote about this on his "X" page.
