The press service of the President of Azerbaijan reports details of the telephone conversation between Ilham Aliyev and US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken.
Aliyev told Blinknen that Azerbaijan's military and political operations will stop when the armed forces of Nagorno-Karabakh lay down their weapons and surrender.
Aliyev also noted that representatives of the Armenian population of Karabakh were invited several times to dialogue to discuss "reintegration issues," but they refused.
It should be noted that US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken spoke today with the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, calling on Azerbaijan to stop the military operations in Nagorno-Karabakh immediately.
