French President Emmanuel Macron strongly condemns the use of force by Azerbaijan in Artsakh. Macron wrote about this in his X microblog:
"The attack must be stopped immediately, and discussions about the rights and safety of the residents must be resumed. I am in close contact with Prime Minister Pashinyan," Macron wrote.
