Citing two sources familiar with the situation, the Reuters agency reported that creating a gas hub in Turkey has been delayed due to disagreements between Moscow and Ankara about which side will operate it.
"There are management problems, they are arguing about who should manage the junction," said the interlocutor of the agency, who wished to remain anonymous.
Another source close to Gazprom also admitted that there is a management problem. The representatives of "Gazprom" and the Ministry of Energy of Turkey did not respond to Reuters' comments.
