At a briefing held in Washington, the Deputy Press Secretary of the US Ministry of Defense, Sabrina Singh, announced: "Any country that supports Russia in the Ukrainian war will be complicit in the killing of innocent Ukrainian citizens and military personnel on the battlefield."
She emphasized that Russia is desperate if it is already asking North Korea for ammunition. "Therefore, we urge that North Korea not sign agreements with Russia to provide any type of ammunition, as this will lead to further escalation," Singh said.
