At the same time, he said that the United States will continue to strongly support the efforts of Armenia and Azerbaijan to resolve outstanding issues through direct dialogue, "That's why Secretary of State Blinken and Senior Adviser on Caucasus Negotiations Lou Bono have been consistently involved, and we will continue to engage with that issue consistently," he said.
