"The time for negotiations between Ukraine and Russia has not yet come," Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated in an interview with The Economist magazine.
"Some of Kyiv's partners may consider the slow pace of the counteroffensive of the Ukrainian armed forces as a reason to convince the Ukrainian side to talk with Moscow, but now is a bad time for negotiations because Russian President Putin agrees," the head of the Ukrainian state explained.
