Azerbaijan has not received an offer to hold urgent negotiations from the Armenian government

Azerbaijan has yet to receive an offer from the Armenian government to conduct urgent negotiations with Ilham Aliyev. Hikmet Hajiyev, assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, said this in an interview with Reuters.
It was reported earlier that Pashinyan announced his readiness to hold urgent talks with the President of Azerbaijan during telephone conversations with the leaders of several countries.
