Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov gave an interview with the "AzerTac" agency, where he spoke about the Nagorno-Karabakh problem, the negotiation process, and Azerbaijan's positions.
Bayramov, in particular, stated: "At the beginning of the year, the special representative appointed by the President of Azerbaijan held the first meeting on the reintegration of the Armenian population in Karabakh, after which, as a kind of "rotation," we sent an invitation for the next meeting to take place in one of the cities of Azerbaijan. The representatives of the Armenian population also noted that the central government's representative will be ready to continue further meetings in the same rotation format. The third meeting - again in Karabakh, the fourth - in one of the Azerbaijani cities, the fifth again in Karabakh, and so on.
It was essential for us to continue the process; in this regard, Baku showed goodwill and openness to dialogue. This is the only way forward. The only way is dialogue and discussion of the future within Azerbaijan. There is simply no other because everything else is illegal. This is our red line. There will be no more gray zones on the territory of Azerbaijan," Bayramov added.
