"It is time for Armenia to confirm what was said verbally with an official signature." Byramov

"Baku hopes that Yerevan will sign on paper the recognition of Azerbaijan's territorial integrity," said Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov.

According to Bayramov, "After the end of the war, it took Armenia two and a half years for the prime minister of that country to finally come forward, even if only verbally, with the recognition of the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan (including Karabakh). "Now is the time to confirm what was said orally with an official signature. That is what the completion of the work on the draft peace agreement requires," said the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister in an interview with the Azerbaijani state news agency AZERTAC.
