The advisor to the President of Azerbaijan, Hikmet Hajiyev, made a note, referring to Armenian-Azerbaijani relations. Hajiyev, in particular, wrote:
"Reconciliation between Azerbaijan and Armenia is possible if they apologize for past atrocities. These are groundless accusations against Azerbaijan. There is no starvation or blockade against the Armenian residents of the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan.
Azerbaijan offers many roads. Aghdam-Khankendi is one of the vital roads. It is much more efficient and has better logistical possibilities to reach the Karabakh region because Azerbaijan has completely rebuilt it," Hajiyev wrote on his X (former Twitter) social network page.

These are unsubstantiated and ungrounded allegations against Azerbaijan. There is no strangulation or blockade of the Armenian residents of the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan.
