Azerbaijani trucks are not going to leave the Aghdam-Khankend (Akna-Stepanakert) road. Jeyhun Mirzayev, general secretary of the Red Crescent Society of Azerbaijan, announced this.
"It is the fourth day, we are waiting. Due to certain problems, we could not deliver 40 tons of flour to Armenian residents. But we are persistent. we'll wait here as long as it takes. Our goal and mission is clear. we will not leave this area until we deliver 40 tons of flour. Negotiations were held today, but in vain," said Mirzayev.
