"The ministers of foreign affairs of the EU countries support the expansion plans of the European mission for the training of military personnel of the armed forces of Ukraine.
The ministers have approved the initiative to train another 40,000 Ukrainian soldiers," EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Josep Borrell announced after consultations with EU foreign ministers.
