Ukrainian troops continued the counterattack near Bakhmut and west of the Zaporizhia region. They succeeded in two areas of the front. Reports the American Institute for the Study of War (ISW), citing the statements of Ukraine's Deputy Minister of Defense Annai Malyar.
ISW also cites the statement of Sergey Baranov, Head of the Missile Artillery Department of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, that the Ukrainian troops have reached parity with the Russian Armed Forces in terms of combat capabilities.
