"Azerbaijan intends to open the roads and start the reintegration process." Hajiev

Hikmet Hajiyev, assistant to the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, spoke about the opening of the Aghdam-Askera road and the "integration" process in an interview with journalists.
Hajiyev, in particular, dusclosed, "Azerbaijan intends to open the roads and start the reintegration process. Within its framework, Azerbaijan is ready to ensure the rights, security, and obligations of Armenian residents living in Karabakh, based on the constitution of Azerbaijan and international documents supported by Azerbaijan. But we see that the Armenian side purposefully turned the issue of the road into a subject of political speculation," Hajiyev added.
