According to the statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, he was given a note of protest "in connection with sending vehicles in the direction of Lachin border checkpoint under the name of humanitarian cargo." In the letter, among the heads of French cities, the mayor of Paris, Anne Hidalgo, was also mentioned, and it was noted that "those persons made provocative statements against Azerbaijan."
