Russia and North Korea are in secret talks to secure arms supplies for the war against Ukraine, and the discussion is moving forward. John Kirby, strategic communications coordinator for the White House National Security Council, stated this at a meeting with journalists.
He said, "Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu recently traveled to North Korea, trying to convince Pyongyang to sell artillery ammunition to Russia." After that, Russian President Vladimir Putin and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un exchanged letters, promising to expand bilateral cooperation. Then, another group of Russian officials went to North Korea.
