The head of foreign policy of the European Union, Josep Borrell, announced that EU countries would discuss providing security guarantees to Ukraine at the defense and foreign affairs ministers meeting of the 27 EU countries in Toledo (Gymnich).
The Prime Minister of Belgium, Alexander de Crowe, noted that the EU and NATO countries put forward new ideas weekly to provide Ukraine with security guarantees. Borel also expressed the opinion that one of the security guarantees of Ukraine should be the expansion of the supply of weapons and the training of the army.
