Canadian Foreign Minister Melanie Joly and European Council President Charles Michel discussed the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

"We discussed with Charles Michel the vision of the expansion of the European Union in the Balkans, the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and the further steps towards the resolution of the crisis in Haiti," Joly wrote on her Twitter microblog.
