Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan arrived in Kyiv, reports Anadolu Agency.
The minister reaffirmed Turkey's support for the territorial integrity of Ukraine and expressed his condolences to the families and friends of those who died during the war.
"The relations between Turkey and Ukraine are developing within the strategic cooperation framework. We are also continuing our efforts to restart the grain initiative.
We know there is a search for a solution to the problem, but this cannot be an alternative to the original grain initiative and is associated with certain risks," said the Turkish Foreign Minister.
