The Ukrainian Ambassador to France, Vadim Omelchenko, confirmed in an interview with the Left Bank newspaper that Paris handed over the first SCALP missiles to Kyiv.
"All the SCALP missiles that the French promised to provide in the first batch are already with us. This batch was a test, and the shells performed well. SCALP deliveries will continue. The main problem with these deliveries is the rhythm, but here the French are doing very well," said the diplomat.
