The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation announced that an attempted drone attack was prevented in the Ruzsky district of the Moscow region.
"On August 21, around 06:50 Moscow time, the attempt of the Kyiv regime to carry out a terrorist attack with an airplane-type drone was prevented. The Ukrainian drone was detected by the air defense forces on the territory of the Moscow Region and suppressed by means of radio-electronic warfare," the agency announced.
