Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan plans to discuss the results of the issue with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov and Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba, after which a meeting between Presidents Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Vladimir Putin may take place.
