The Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan accuses the self-defense forces of Nagorno-Karabakh of building positional fortifications

The Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan issued another statement, accusing the self-defense forces of Nagorno-Karabakh of building positional fortifications and, calling them a provocation, held Armenia responsible.
In the statement, it is mentioned that the Armenian armed forces have been active recently in the zone of temporary deployment of Russian peacekeepers in the territory of Azerbaijan.
"There is an increase in the personnel and ammunition of combat positions, as well as the preparation of new defense lines and trenches. We declare that the full responsibility for any possible incident will fall on the military-political leadership of Armenia," the statement said.
