Turkey has stepped up contacts with Ukraine, the US, and the EU ahead of a possible meeting between Erdogan and Putin over the grain deal.
"On the eve of the negotiations between the leaders of Turkey and Russia, the work on the elimination of problems related to the implementation of the grain initiative has intensified," diplomatic sources told TASS.
