After 24 hours, activating the use of the Lachin Road will be ensured through the mediation of the ICRC.

"In addition, based on the proposal of the Azerbaijani side, it was agreed to hold a meeting in Evlakh between the representatives of the Azerbaijani side and Karabakh, all logistical issues were summarized. Despite all the agreements, the representatives of Nagorno-Karabakh violated them at the last moment," Hajizadeh said, adding that RA is not interested in peace, stability, or dialogue in that direction.
