Bayramov and the official of the US Secretary of State discussed Armenian-Azerbaijani relations

On August 9, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov spoke with Yuri Kim, acting assistant to the US Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs.
During the telephone conversation, the agenda of bilateral cooperation between Azerbaijan and the USA, issues arising from the normalization of relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia, and the situation in the region were discussed.
Bayramov accused Armenia of straining the situation in the region, obstructing the peace process, and making provocations "near the Lachin checkpoint."
It should be noted that the US Assistant Secretary of State spoke with RA Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan yesterday.
