Ocampo confirmed that Azerbaijan is committing genocide in Nagorno-Karabakh
Luis Moreno Ocampo, the former prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, states in his report that Azerbaijan's blockade of the Lachin Corridor is a genocide against the ethnic Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh.
He emphasizes in his report that Azerbaijan's actions are genocide against the ethnic Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh," according to Article 2(c) of the Genocide Convention: "the intentional creation of living conditions for any group that is aimed at its complete or partial physical destruction."
