On August 7, ICRC representatives visited two Azerbaijani service members recently arrested in Armenia.
An individual meeting was held with them, and they were allowed to contact their families—Azerbaijani media reports.
To remind, one of the service members who crossed the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, Husein Akhundov, was sentenced to 20 years for murder, and another serviceman Agshin Babirov was sentenced to 11 years in prison.
