Azerbaijani news media reported that Azerbaijani Ombudsman Sabina Aliyeva visited Vagif Khachatryan.
"Commissioner of Human Rights Sabina Aliyeva and members of the National Preventive Group for the Prevention of Torture of the Human Rights Defender visited the places of deprivation of liberty without warning," the message states.
