US Congressman Adam Schiff referred to the blockade of Artsakh on his Twitter page, describing Azerbaijan's aggression as merciless.
"Azerbaijan's aggression is terrible and merciless.
Humanitarian assistance to the people of Artsakh is not a provocation but a necessity.
"Azerbaijan should release humanitarian resources through the Lachin Corridor, and the United States should support Armenia and Artsakh," he wrote.
