Matthew Miller, the spokesperson of the US Secretary of State, referred to the visit of Louis Bono, the senior advisor of the State Department, to the region.
"Yes, I don't have any other details about Louis Bono's trip..no trip that I could report. However, I will say, as we have stated many times, we do believe that a peace agreement is within reach. That is why we continue to cooperate with the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan both at the highest level of that department and at the level of the sub-cabinet, calling on them to reach difficult compromises, which are necessary to reach a full peace agreement," he said.
