Samantha Power, the US Agency for International Development manager, joined Blinken's call.
"Food insecurity and a lack of medical supplies in Nagorno-Karabakh are very worrying. The Lachin Corridor is of great importance for the people of Nagorno-Karabakh to receive rescue materials," she said in her Twitter post.
