Russia continues to find ways to stay in the South Caucasus. ISW

In its weekly report, the American Institute for the Study of War addressed the situation in the South Caucasus, the Nakorno-Karabakh issue, the Mirzoyan-Bayramov meeting in Moscow, and the role of Russia in all of that.

In particular, the report states: "Russia continues to look for ways to remind Armenia and Azerbaijan that Moscow's military and diplomatic presence in the South Caucasus is necessary."
