Damascus and Ankara will continue contact at different levels; their meetings are effective. Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Vershinin announced this.
"Many meetings have taken place between Syria and Turkey at different levels: the Foreign Ministry, the Ministry of Defense, again with the support of the Astana format," said the Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation.
