Azerbaijan is obliged to guarantee safety and free movement in the Lachin Corridor; Ambassador of France to Azerbaijan

France's ambassador to Azerbaijan, Anne Boillon, tweeted about the blockade of the Lachin Corridor and Azerbaijan's preparations.
In particular, she said in the tweets, "It is the responsibility of the Azerbaijani authorities to guarantee security and free movement along the Lachin Corridor and to prevent further escalation of the crisis."
