Mirzoyan-Lavrov-Bayram talks will take place in Moscow tomorrow

The Russian Foreign Ministry informs that on July 25, tripartite and bilateral talks will take place in Moscow between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Sergey Lavrov, and the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan and Armenia, Jeihun Bayramov and Ararat Mirzoyan.

According to the report, "the foreign ministers will analyze ways to de-escalate the situation around Nagorno-Karabakh and how to activate the implementation of the tripartite agreements between the leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia on November 9, January 11, 2020, and from November 26, 2021, to October 31, 2021." Russia is ready to provide maximum assistance in these matters. The ministers will also discuss other critical ways of regulating Armenian-Azerbaijani relations, including the unblocking of transport communications in the region, the demarcation of the border between Azerbaijan and Armenia, contacts between the public and experts, and the start of a dialogue between parliamentarians.

Lavrov's bilateral talks with Bayramov and Mirzoyan are also planned to discuss current issues on the Russian-Azerbaijani and Russian-Armenian agendas in the political, commercial, economic, and humanitarian spheres.
