The EU Council of Foreign Ministers will discuss the extension of Toivo Klaar's mandate

A meeting of the EU Council of Foreign Ministers will take place today in Brussels. It will be chaired by EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell.
The agenda also includes the issue of extending the mandate of Toivo Klaar, the EU's special representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia.
