The EU can provide $20 billion in aid to Ukraine

The High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, proposed to the EU countries to increase the military aid provided to Ukraine by 20 billion euros. The German newspaper "Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung" (FAZ) reported it.

Borel proposed to allocate about 5 billion euros per year for Ukraine's military needs in 2024-2027. The first discussion of this issue will take place in Brussels today, July 20.
