Citing a source, the Reuters news agency reported that India's Ministry of Defense had approved the purchase of 26 French Rafale M carrier-based fighters and 3 French Scorpene-class submarines.
The Ministry of Defense of India has decided to buy French planes and submarines during the visit of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Paris. Paris and New Delhi are expected to sign relevant agreements during this trip.
