The French oil and gas concern Total Energies has agreed with its American partners to establish a production of liquefied natural gas (LNG) in South Texas. We are talking about the construction of the first phase of the Rio Grande plant.
The project's operator will be the NextDecade company, and one co-investor will be the Global Infrastructure Partners fund.
