Citing an internal document of the European diplomatic service, the Spanish newspaper El País reported this Brussels is considering sending military instructors to Ukraine.
According to the publication, the EU plans to make more efforts to strengthen Ukraine's air defense and to co-finance advanced weapons systems, including missiles and fighter jets, by community member states.
