Erdogan and Putin may meet next month

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said on the sidelines of the NATO summit in Vilnius that he expects to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin in August and discuss with him, in particular, the situation related to the Turkish transfer of "Azovstal" defense commanders to Kyiv.

Dmitry Peskov, the Russian president's press secretary, said there has yet to be a meeting with the Turkish leader on Putin's agenda. TASS reports.
