President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky threatened not to participate in the first summit of the NATO-Ukraine Council in Vilnius on July 12. This was reported by The New York Times.
"On Wednesday, Zelensky moderated his public statements, but on Tuesday evening, he threatened not to participate in the first session of the Ukraine-NATO Council," the publication said.
