Referring to the Ministry of Defense of Taiwan, the AP agency reported that China sent naval vessels and a large group of warplanes, including fighter jets and bombers, to Taiwan for two days.
According to the military department, the Chinese military sent 38 warplanes and nine ships before the annual military exercises to protect Taiwan from possible invasion.
