"An agreement has been reached to exclude the action plan for NATO membership from the measures that Ukraine should take to join the North Atlantic Alliance," Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba said today.
"NATO allies, after intensive negotiations, have reached a consensus on removing some preliminary measures from Ukraine's path to membership," Kuleba wrote on Twitter.
