"We appreciate the efforts of the US in regulating Armenian-Azerbaijani relations." Aliyev to Biden
"Baku highly appreciates the efforts of the USA in terms of the regulation of Armenian-Azerbaijani relations. This was stated in the congratulatory letter of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev to US President Joe Biden on the occasion of the US Independence Day.
"Favorable conditions have been created to establish stable peace in the South Caucasus. We highly appreciate the efforts of the United States in the process of regulating Armenian-Azerbaijani relations, preparing a peace treaty based on the norms and principles of international law," said the letter of the Azerbaijani leader.
Aliyev emphasized that the relations with the USA are developing dynamically and have reached the level of strategic partnership in several fields, "The United States has strongly and consistently supported Azerbaijan's energy strategy at all stages. We especially appreciate the close cooperation in ensuring energy security, the comprehensive support of the USA to large-scale transnational projects," the congratulatory letter says.
