The DW correspondent reports that on Monday, July 3, the International Center for the Prosecution of the Crime of Aggression against Ukraine (ICPA) was founded in The Hague, which includes representatives of Ukraine, the European Union, the United States and the International Criminal Court (ICC), and the new task of the organization will be the investigation of the crime of aggression against Ukraine and the collection of evidence.
About 20 prosecutors from different countries will be part of the center. The USA has already confirmed its participation. At the next stage, representatives of the countries already investigating the crimes of aggression against Ukraine - Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Ukraine and Poland - will combine their evidence base and look for connections between the elements of the crime of aggression.
