The Czech government will have a draft agreement on purchasing 24 American fifth-generation F-35 fighter jets on the table until October 1, after which it will decide whether to approve it.
The United States plans to supply the Czech Republic with F-35 fighter jets, ammunition, and related equipment worth up to $5.62 billion, the US State Department and a Pentagon agency said Thursday.
