The USA considers the Armenian-Azerbaijani negotiations in Washington effective

Matthew Miller, the spokesperson of the US State Department, referred to the Armenian-Azerbaijani negotiations in Washington during the briefing.
"We believe that the negotiations are effective. Secretary of State Blinken also met with the two foreign ministers today. He will also hold another tripartite meeting," he said.
